Uyab

Refers to a romantic partner or someone’s boyfriend or girlfriend. It’s similar to the more formal term “kasintahan.”

Example:

Kasama ko ang uyab ko sa sine kahapon.
"I was with my boyfriend/girlfriend(uyab) at the movies yesterday.
